At Covecart, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is missing from your order.
- The product is significantly different from what was ordered.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been used or damaged after delivery.
- Product is returned without its original packaging.
- Return request is raised after the eligible return period.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us process claims quickly and fairly, a clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product claims.
The video should:
- Begin before opening the package.
- Clearly show the shipping label.
- Show the product and the issue without interruption.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after receiving the required account details.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
5. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
7. Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect shipping address,
- Customer unavailability,
- Refusal to accept delivery,
the package may be returned to us. Any refund issued may be subject to deduction of applicable shipping and handling charges.
8. How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement, please contact our customer support with:
- Order Number
- Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- Mandatory unboxing video (for damage or incorrect item claims)
